Hey now!
here it is. we got 52 people (6 dat, 13 cassette, 33 cdr) for this one. many thanks to all who volunteered to make copies of various kinds. it worked out reasonably well. i got a lot of requests for CD-R's, but not many who can copy them. so the CD-R branches have a couple more children than i'd have liked. keep this in mind when arranging things with your branch; it may take them a while to get all the copies made. remember: these folks' volunteering makes this possible, so cut them some slack.
each show fits on one 90 meter DAT, 3 CD-R's, or 2 90 minute cassettes. fitting it on the cassettes requires moving the encore to the end of the first tape and removing some of the between-set crowd noise. see the end of this post to see how i broke them up. it may not be the best way. i'll try and post some tape labels at http://sage.freeservers.com/phriends if i can. if anybody would like to generate some nice labels, please contact me.
